Just drinking water in Changsha,
Then eating the fish in WuChang.
Swimming across the Yang-Tsi river,
Eyeing on the sky makes me much comfortable in ancient Chu State.
Whatever how hard the wind and waves are,
I prefer swimming to wandering in the Garden,
Because of my having too much leisure time today.
Kong Zi ever said by the bank that time as the water could never return again.*

Sails are moving,
Snake and Tortoise mountains are quiet,
The great plan is becoming true.
A bridge will connect from the south and north,
The natural trench’s changing into an accessible path.
Then a large dam should be built in the upstream,
So as to hold up rain-water coming from Wu mountain,
Forming a plain lake in the gorge of highlands,
And Goddess Peak should be safe,
All above must surprise the world.
